Lilly ByersPrincipal
Lilly Byers
Lilly joined Luckwell Primary in September 2018 after living and teaching in New Zealand for nine years. She was appointed Head of School in the summer of 2020. Lilly has been in the teaching profession for 20 years and has had a variety of leadership roles. Lilly holds qualifications in primary teaching, applied studies (digital and collaborative learning) and social policy and criminology.

Fiona Rowley
Fiona is a qualified teacher with over 20 years experiences and has taught across the primary range. Fiona has an National Professional Qualification in Leadership NPQICL and the National Award in Special Needs and Disabilities Co-ordination NASENCO. Fiona has been a SENDCO for over 12 years, she works across the MAT primary schools supporting additional needs.

LSAs at Luckwell work alongside teachers to support teaching and learning at Luckwell. They teach small groups in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
